To free inbound travelers from their luggage so that they can have a great time at their destination, JTB, Panasonic, and Yamato Holdings joined hands to start providing the "LUGGAGE-FREE TRAVEL" service in 2018 in Japan.
By prepaying and reserving online, travelers can send their luggage to and from the airport to their destinations without having to write out shipping forms. This service proposes a new way to travel that allows travelers to get around and enjoy their stay without carrying around bulky luggage.
