Various environmental activities carried out across China in Octover 2025
Six Panasonic companies in Hangzhou held a cleaning and mountain-climbing activity.
On October 19, Panasonic’s six companies in Hangzhou formed the volunteer team “Team Pine Warmth,” which, together with the local mountaineering association, held a cleanup hike under the theme “Leave No Trace, Walk with Light.” A total of 76 participants split into groups and collected scattered trash along approximately three kilometers of mountain trails. Through this hands-on activity, they contributed to beautifying the natural environment, put green principles into practice, and demonstrated the company’s commitment to fulfilling its social responsibility.
PWAPBLGZ held a healthy low-carbon sports event
On October 31, Panasonic Wanbao AP Beauty & Living Guangzhou Co., Ltd. (PWAPBLGZ) held a large-scale sports event along the banks of the Pearl River, with about 1,000 employees participating. The event was aligned with the sports festival taking place in Guangzhou and aimed to promote health and unity among employees. Divided into eight themed groups, participants made declarations advocating for a low-carbon society and healthy living, which were captured by drones from above—showcasing the company’s strong commitment to supporting the city’s celebration.
The venue was filled with excitement as employees engaged in seven fun competitions, including “Ride the Wind and Break the Waves” and “Fruit Battle of a Hundred,” with 90% of staff actively taking part. Under the autumn sky, participants worked up a refreshing sweat, while a real-time scoreboard added extra heat to the spirited contests.
