Japan’s largest human capital survey aims to promote the adoption of high‑quality human capital practices that enhance corporate value. It is jointly conducted by the HR Technology Consortium (a general incorporated association), the Association to Confirm the Human Investment Value for Enterprise (a general incorporated association), and the HR Research Institute. In the 2025 results, Panasonic Holdings’ initiatives in human capital management and disclosure were evaluated as being at a high level, and the company was selected as one of 29 Silver companies for human capital management quality.
