Enhance Employee Experience


Generative AI Support for Students’ Early Career Selection

AI Career Supporter, an interactive AI-powered service, recommends the most suitable internship programs based on students’ majors, interests, and behavioral characteristics. The service also provides guidance on career options and decision-making throughout the job search process.

Implementation and Results
Student usage among those scheduled to graduate in 2027 (May 2025 to March 2026): 3,392 users and 5,177 sessions.
Match rate of recommended programs: 87.7%.

Career Consultation Using Generative AI

A generative AI-powered career consultation tool for employees, designed to support our Internal Open Recruitment program, which is used by more than 3,400 employees annually. The tool helps visualize each employee’s values and career aspirations, supporting both in the areas of career consultation and position matching.

Implementation and Results
FY 2026 usage: 1,645 unique users and 2,632 sessions.

AI-Powered Internal Mobility System

We have introduced e-Matching, an internal talent matching program built on the internal mobility system by HRMOS, a generative AI-powered internal scouting platform. The system enables departments to review employee resumes, including work experience and skills registered in advance with the support of AI, and scout suitable talent for internal opportunities.

Support for Creating Career Development Plans for Successor Candidates

Generative AI supports the creation of Career Development Plans for successor candidates by analyzing each individual's strengths, career aspirations, and professional experience.

Implementation and Results
Pilot implementation has confirmed improvements in both the efficiency and quality of Career Development Plan creation.
Full-scale operation is scheduled to begin during FY 2027.

Advance the Efficiency of Organizational and Talent Management


AI-Powered Matching Prediction

Using data on employee attributes, experience, skills, performance evaluations, and other factors from high-performing employees across the Group, AI predicts each individual's suitability and potential for success in specific positions.

Improve and Leverage the Productivity of HR Functions


One-Stop HR Service

An AI-powered HR service available to approximately 70,000 employees in Japan. Through a centralized My Page portal, employees can access HR information, submit various requests, and make inquiries. By combining an AI chatbot, a “Metaverse“ platform, and human “Concierges”, the service provides comprehensive support through multiple channels.

Implementation and Results
FY 2026’s average monthly usage: 62,050 (+40% year over year)

Streamlining Secondment Procedures for Employees in Japan

Significant improvement in the efficiency of tasks related to secondments to domestic/overseas affiliates by utilizing multiple AI agents, including activities such as researching host company systems and coordinating secondment conditions between companies.

Implementation and Results
As a result of the demonstration experiment, a reduction of approximately 1,350 hours per year is expected in the workload related to secondments for around 1,600 intra-Group secondees in the Japan region.
Full-scale operations are scheduled within FY 2027.


Enhancing the Efficiency of HR Support for Secondees in North America

We developed and deployed a generative AI chatbot for HR support services for secondees in North America. By automatically handling HR-related inquiries, the chatbot delivers faster responses and enhances the overall support experience for secondees.

Implementation and Results
In the first three months following implementation in FY 2026, the AI handled approximately 700 inquiries from around 450 secondees.


Generative AI Training Specialized for HR Operations

To promote the effective use of generative AI in HR operations, we provide training for HR employees in Japan, covering topics ranging from the fundamentals of generative AI to practical applications in day-to-day HR work. The program incorporates hands-on exercises based on real business scenarios, helping participants apply what they learn directly to their work.

Implementation and Results
Since FY 2025, more than 1,600 employees have participated in the program.


Initiatives at North America to Enhance AI Literacy and Organizational Capabilities

A cross-functional team spanning HR, Legal, IT, Marketing, and other departments at Panasonic Corporation of North America promotes AI learning and adoption across the entire workforce. Through these efforts, the company has accelerated the integration of AI tools into everyday work, fostered a mindset shift among employees, and strengthened overall organizational capabilities.
