2025






In fiscal year 2025, a total of 110 scholars were selected for the program.
Award ceremonies were held across various countries and regions in Asia, where each scholar was presented with a certificate of recognition. During the ceremonies, congratulatory messages and words of encouragement were delivered by the President and senior executives of the Panasonic Group, followed by a pledge of commitment and words of appreciation from representatives of the scholars.

Following the ceremonies, opportunities were provided for scholars within the same country or region to interact with one another. Through these exchanges, the scholars shared their learning experiences and future aspirations, strengthening their connections and motivation for continued learning.

Through this program, it is expected that the scholars will renew their commitment to their studies and go on to contribute to their respective countries, regions, and societies in the future.





2024






In fiscal year 2024, a total of 117 scholars were certified.In-person certification ceremonies were held in many countries and regions, fostering deeper exchanges among scholars.
During the award ceremonies, certificates were presented to the scholars and encouraging messages were delivered by the presidents and executives of the Panasonic Group companies.





2023






In fiscal year 2023, a total of 105 scholars were certified.
In-person certification ceremonies were held in many countries and regions, deepening exchanges among scholars. A "Philosophy Learning" program to learn the management philosophy of the founder, Konosuke Matsushita, was launched this fiscal year and received high praise from the first year. Additionally, networking events were held in each country, with alumni participating in the certification ceremonies to encourage the scholars.




2022




In fiscal 2022, a total of 131 scholars were certified.
Due to the spread of COVID-19, award ceremonies had been held online, but for the first time in three years, in-person ceremonies were also held.




2021






In fiscal 2021, a total of 111 scholars were certified.
The certification ceremonies were held online or offline while implementing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. During the ceremonies, congratulatory addresses were delivered to the scholars, who also expressed their determination and gratitude, and each was presented with a certificate.
