2024
“Philosophy Learning” for 2024 was held. This training contributes not only to mere skill development but also to the formation of human qualities and values. This allows participants to develop a perspective that goes beyond the boundaries of their company and contributes to the development of society as a whole, and through interactions with colleagues who share the same ideals, it also leads to the creation of a network that will support society in the future.
The curriculum varies depending on the country where it is held. In India, Chairman himself gave a lecture to the students. In the Philippines, the company offers Basic Business Philosophy (BBP) training for students as well as training for employees. It was hoped that this would provide an opportunity to reaffirm the principles learned and contribute to the growth of the company as a whole.
In 2024, nine countries participated: Indonesia, Taiwan, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and China. The training program was even more advanced than last year, and the submitted works were of an extremely high standard, giving the judges a tough challenge. The following winners were selected from among them:
・Top award: Pho Tuan Vinh/Vietnam
・Excellent Award: Tang Yu Yan/Taiwan
・Scholarship Award: Tao Xuan Zhen/ China、Vinay A/ India
We will continue to provide scholarship recipients with an opportunity to learn more about our ideals and grow into individuals who can contribute to society.

The Vietnam office, in addition to providing scholarships, has been conducting original seminars to support students' growth and to help them play an active role in their jobs as work-ready assets when they join the workforce.
These seminars cover topics such as basic business philosophy, business manners, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and CV creation, and have been highly evaluated by students. Initiated in 2017, the seminars have seen increasing participation each year, now attracting around 300 attendees.
The office continually evolves the program based on participants' feedback and will continue to support students' growth by offering content that meets their needs.
