The Vietnam office, in addition to providing scholarships, has been conducting original seminars to support students' growth and to help them play an active role in their jobs as work-ready assets when they join the workforce.
These seminars cover topics such as basic business philosophy, business manners, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and CV creation, and have been highly evaluated by students. Initiated in 2017, the seminars have seen increasing participation each year, now attracting around 300 attendees.
The office continually evolves the program based on participants' feedback and will continue to support students' growth by offering content that meets their needs.

Panasonic has launched a new program called "Philosophy Learning," focusing on the thoughts and values of its founder, Konosuke Matsushita. This program saw participation from 136 students across nine countries.
In various countries, the training sessions were conducted uniquely: in India, the chairman himself delivered an online lecture, while in Thailand, social media was utilized to share the training's progress globally.
Additionally, a global contest organized by the Japan office recognized representatives from Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia, with high acclaim for the quality of their submissions. This training provided students with valuable experiences that will benefit them in their future endeavors.
