04 Liking What You Do

A saying goes, “What one likes, one will do well.” It can be applied to business as well. If you want to succeed, the first thing to do is have an interest in your business and develop an affinity for it. If you like your business, rather than being difficult your efforts will be fun. Your business is not a means of maintaining your livelihood or an obligation, but something you want to strive for. And herein lies the path to prosperity. The expression “The right man in the right place,” is, I think, akin to saying people who like business should be the ones who run business. If all things went like that, then everyone’s wish would be readily accomplished.
