At the Olympic Games Athens 2004, Panasonic supplied some 400 digital VTRs and more than 200 system cameras (digital cameras/video cameras) for broadcasting, and 2,000 monitors including plasma TVs. Panasonic supplied and maintained these equipment that played an active part at the IBC (International Broadcast Centre) and Olympic venues.
