Across the world, Young Leaders are working to solve various social issues through sport and sport-based social entrepreneurship. The IOC Young Leaders programme selects and provides these individuals with opportunities for learning and action, and funding to support their projects.

As the Founding Partner of the IOC Young Leaders programme, Panasonic is using a wide range of resources such as internships, marketing skills trainings, video production workshops and participation to various corporate events to empower the IOC Young Leaders.
Internship at Panasonic - Our Shared Passion (Paulina Fritz, Germany) - November 2020
Paulina Fritz is a former U17 German basketball champion. As an IOC Young Leader, she had the opportunity to join an internship course at Panasonic, where she learned about the company's business perspectives and various ways of conducting business on a global scale.
She also had the chance to participate in various corporate events in Japan organized by Panasonic, where she shared her passion for basketball, social engagement and youth empowerment.

KWN Global Contest Award Week 2019 Workshop Participation - August 2019

Marija Lozančić (Croatia), Christel El Saneh (Lebanon) and Murat Madan (Turkey) participated to Panasonic's global event: Kid Witness News (KWN) in Tokyo. The three IOC Young Leaders introduced to children from all around the world the beauty of disciplines such as Fencing and Boxing as well as the true meaning behind the Olympic values "Excellence", "Friendship" and "Respect".
