I often tell young people to have a conviction or to perform their work with a strong sense of mission. I myself, however, can't claim to harbor stronger beliefs or faith than does anyone else. Rather, I sometimes feel discouraged and now and again become frustrated. While recognizing my own weaknesses, I recover my spirit and brace myself to exhort youngsters again. That way, I am able to make my conviction stronger. It is not easy to commit one's self to a mission or to always maintain a strong conviction at all times ― you need to encourage yourself constantly.
