Business Is People

It is said that "business is people," and it is really true. In any kind of management, finding the right people is the first step in the development of business.
No matter how distinguished a company's history or tradition, the inability to find people capable of carrying on that tradition will eventually lead to its decline. Management structures and methods are very important, of course, but it is people who give life to them. No matter how well-built the organization, or what new management methods are adopted, a company that does not have people who can leverage these advantages will not produce the desired results or be able to fulfill its mission.
A company's ability to contribute to society and achieve steady growth comes down to one thing: people.
