The Invisible Contract

Nowadays, there are tens of millions of consumers and when they want something that will enrich their lives, they cannot help but feel extremely inconvenienced if they are unable to actually get their hands on it. It is our job to anticipate and prepare to meet their needs in advance. I believe that is our invisible contract, so to speak, with the general public. This does not mean that there is a written contract, but we must be aware of this invisible, unspoken agreement. And in order to fulfill this contract, I believe that, as industrialists, we have a great duty and responsibility to always be thoroughly prepared.
