Basis of Trust
Large capitalization or outstanding technology might be benchmarks of a company’s trust. But the strongest appeal of a company is whether employees recognize its mission and work passionately in a cordial atmosphere. That kind of company will be viewed positively by both its clients and by society. Their trust will increase. In fact, as I see it, companies with such attributes tend to have strong technologies and management skills and enjoy steady growth.
