If We Trust People

There are many methods for making use of people. But first of all we should trust people and assign them with even more important tasks. People feel happy when they know they are trusted. Then, they feel responsible and use their ingenuity to fulfill the task with great effort. Being trusted may generate their full potential. Of course, trusting people completely is difficult and may cause us worries. But if we have such an attitude that we are happy to be betrayed, people will be less likely to break our trust after all.
