Among company employees, there are probably those who are not really giving their all to their jobs, who do not feel that their job is their reason for living. After all they are hired to work. I wonder whether such workers might be able to think about it like this instead.
My thinking is that, even though an office worker 1s an employee of a company, they have chosen this job themselves. If they tlrink of themselves as "an entrepreneur or one independent manager of their own business of being an employee," or they will think of a single business as consisting of 10, 100 or 1,000 independent managers. In this way they will become more interested and develop the feeling that their job is worthwhile.
