ECORELAY 2025 – Mangrove Clean-up Drive

On May 17, 2025, Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation (PMPC) conducted a Mangrove Clean-Up Drive called ECORELAY in Brgy. Wawa, Nasugbu, Batangas, reinforcing its strong commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. Led by Union President Mr. Dennis Paz, CSR Team Head Mr. Renz Ortega, and supported by union officers, the team collaborated with local barangay officials to ensure a safe and efficient activity. Around 20 participants, including union officers and their children, took part in removing harmful waste such as plastics, sachets, and other debris from the mangrove site. This initiative not only aimed to restore and protect a critical coastal ecosystem but also to promote environmental awareness, strengthen community engagement, and instill a deeper sense of responsibility among participants toward building a greener and healthier future.
