Safety measures
AkeruE provides services that everyone can safely enjoy.
Exhibits and facility design with safety considerations
AkeruE is a facility that people of any age can enjoy. It is designed with open spaces and visibility so children can be safely active.
Supervision during craft activities
Staff are always present in each area. We have adopted measures for immediate action in case any trouble occurs in the facility.
Security measures
To ensure safety and security at AkeruE, security monitors are installed throughout the facility, and we regularly practice emergency drills.
Countermeasures against COVID-19
Every effort is taken in this facility to minimize the risk of the spread of COVID-19. See here for more details.
Our requests to you to make the most of AkeruE
We ask that you follow these requests so that everyone can have a wonderful and happy time at AkeruE. Please remember to mind your manners and be considerate of others.
Watching over the children by their parents
While our facility staff will be carefully supervising the children, scissors and other tools may be used during arts and crafts. Please make sure to have parent or guardian supervision to prevent injuries or accidents.
Taking Pictures in the Museum
As a general rule, photography is allowed as long as it is for personal use; however, we ask that you do not cause inconvenience to other visitors or infringe on the rights of other right holders.
In addition, staff may take photographs of the facility for use in news reports, advertisements, promotions, and sales products. In this case, you may be the subject of the photographing. Please be aware of this in advance.
Rights of Works by Visitors
