個人情報の取扱いについてご確認ください
※以下の内容に同意いただけない場合は、申し訳ございませんがEco Runnerへの参加申請いただけません。ご了承下さい。
※本件で取り扱う個人情報は、氏名に個人名を記載された場合、また、提供写真に 個人が特定される写真をご提供された場合の情報のみとします。

Eco Runner参加申請フォームに入力いただきました個人情報はWorld ActionのWebサイトへの掲載、ならびに、World Actionの事例紹介時に利用いたします。

当社は、下記「（5）個人情報の委託」に定める場合を除き、第三者に個人情報を開示・提供しません。

取得した個人情報の取扱いを、上記（3）記載の利用目的に必要な範囲において委託いたします。
(6) 個人情報の保持期間
取得した個人情報の保持期間は、World ActionのWebサイト掲載開始後3か月以内とします。
(7) 開示対象個人情報の開示等および問い合わせ窓口について
ご本人からの求めにより、当社が保有する、開示対象個人情報の利用目的の通知・開示・内容の訂正・追加、または削除・利用の停止・消去および第三者への提供の停止（「開示等」といいます。）に応じます。
開示等に応ずる窓口は、以下の「お問い合わせ先」をご覧下さい。
(8) 人が容易に認識できない方法による個人情報の取得
クッキーやウェブビーコン等を用いるなどして、本人が容易に認識できない方法による個人情報の取得は行っておりません。

(5) Purpose of use of personal information
Your personal information entered in the Eco Runner participation application form will be used in posts on the website of World Action and when introduction World Action cases studies.
(6) Provision of personal information to third parties
The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party except for cases provided for in “(5) Outsourcing of personal information” below.
(7) Outsourcing of the handling of personal information
The Company outsources the handling of acquired personal information only to the extent necessary for the purpose of use provided for in (3) above.
(8) Retention period of personal information
The retention period of the acquired personal information shall be no longer than three months from the start of posting on the World Action website.
(9) Disclosure of personal information subject to disclosure and contact
At your request, the Company will notify the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use, erase, and/or suspend the provision to third parties (collectively referred to as “disclosure, etc.”) of your personal information subject to disclosure that the Company holds. Your requests for disclosure, etc. will be accepted at the contact information for inquiries provided below.
(10) If you reside in the EU, the handling of personal information is conducted in compliance with the EU GDPR.
(11) Acquisition of personal information by methods not easily recognized by individuals
The Company does not acquire any personal information by methods not easily recognized by individuals, such as by using cookies and web beacons.

(6) 个人信息的保存期限
所取得的个人信息，将在 World Action 官方网站开始发布之日起 3 个月以内 保存。
(7) 关于可公开个人信息的披露及咨询窗口
如本人提出申请，本公司将就所持有的可公开个人信息，对应以下事项：
使用目的的通知、信息披露、内容的更正、追加或删除、使用的停止、删除，以及停止向第三方提供
